Postage received from Govt/Overhead Office Hon. After seeing the department director, the fair copy should be sorted by the superintendent and given to the section controlling officer, and the T-mails should be given to the officers in-charge of the respective sections following the procedures followed by the T-officers.Other posts may be given to the Section Heads following the procedures. The Superintendent of Fair Copy in charge of e-Office Central Registry Unit shall carry out the duties of coordination of postal, scanning, postal distribution, despatch and fair copy work.
