Certificate regarding the assessment of age will be provided by the Medical Officers of the department. This can be used for submitting at various Government / non-governmental institutions as a proof of age wherever other authorised documents like Birth Certificate, School Certificates, PAN card, Passport etc. are not available. The person has to be physically present before the Medical Officer with all the relevant documents and affix the signature / thumb impression in the place provided in the certificate.
