NIC offers range of modules on the NextGen E-Hospital platform, for impeccable performance across various hospital departments. The ISM department currently utilizes NextGen modules within the facility application including Patient Registration (OPD & Casualty), OPD Clinic, IPD (Admission/Discharge/Transfer), Billing, Store and Inventory, Lab Information System, Appointment and Dashboard. Patient Registration module is for generation of OP Ticket in both OPD and Casualty. Patient registration is accurately done using Ayushman Bharat Health Account [ABHA] number; securely capturing patient demographics and contact information. The IP module simplifies the management of in- patient care by proficient Admission, Discharge and Transfer of IP patients to other departments within the hospital. The Store & Inventory module is for indent generation and other pharmacy operations. Clinic module is handled by doctors for prescription generation. Additionally, the Lab Information System and Appointment modules are utilized in respective departments within ISM E-Hospitals.
