• Extended authentic sports, Ayurvedic health care and management through individual centres

• Accompanying Kerala state school team in National events from 2016 onwards

• Effective Ayurvedic sports injury management in last Commonwealth games and National games 2015

• Extending service to the Kerala Official sports team in various National events

• Performance escalation for renowned sports personnels

• Ayurvedic health care at the doorsteps of sports personnels especially at sports schools and SAI centres

• Infrastructure and basic amenities are strengthened in our centres

Medicine development and quality control

• SARC developed 3 special formulations such as Special tailam 1, Special tailam 2 and Lepam for external application which is widely used in our OPDs. Ayurvedic spray for instant pain relief is also developed

• In order to improve the quality of these medicines ISM department in association with Oushadhi prepared these formulations which meet the stringent quality control parameters

• Medicine preparation and quality of raw drugs are supervised by a team of doctors at SARC

Service delivery at sports units

• Regional sports units are attached either to a sports school, or to district level specialized hospitals/ SAI/ Sports council centres

• In each sports unit there will be at least 2 expert doctors with trained therapists on contract

• Senior sports-specialized Doctors, Pharmacists, and Attenders from ISM department are delivering service after their routine duties

• Extending pre-event, event and post event conditioning of sports personnel especially during the camps
