This project gives useful treatments to the health problems like Acne, dry skin, dandruff, hairfall, hyper pigmentation, splitting of hair, drug allergy induced dermatological problems etc and there by increasing the beauty and loveliness of the body. This also includes the treatment for the severe skin diseases too.Treatments in modern medicine for the above conditions are very expensive, speedy result oriented but have severe unhealthy side effects. In the perspective of Ayurveda the treatments for the above cases are not much costly, without any side effects can be treated with a short period.

The number of women approaching Ayurveda Hospitals for the above conditions are increasing day by day and the treatments through the varnyam project is very useful especially for the low income groups. Moreover the project is a healthy start up to the field of cosmetology now being held by the modern medicine.It started on 2.2.2019, at District Ayurveda Hospital Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram.
