Sudheeram is a mental health programme to address the adolescent psychological issues with special reference to exam phobia of higher secondary students of selected schools in Edarikode Panchayat. The project was started in the year 2017-18. It includes awareness class to the students and parents followed by assessment of the students with Test Anxiety Rating Scale and those with a low score are included for the study after getting consent from parents. The selected students are provided with counseling yoga therapy and medications.
