Certificate of Physical Fitness will be provided by the Medical Officer(s) of the department for proving the physical fitness of a candidate who is about to join in the Government Office.The person has to be physically present before the Medical Officer with all the relevant documents and a passport-size photograph and affix the signature / thumb impression in the place provided in the certificate.
